Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aquarius Water Bar Shop. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


INTERPRETATION

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Aquarius Water Bar Shop.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Aquarius Water Bar Shop, accessible from www.aquariuswaterbar.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are not entitled to cancel Your Order while Goods are in transit. Shipping times may vary, and tracking information may not always be available.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Or, a third party reimbursement method such as PayPal may be used.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are not used or damaged
  • You must have receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Policies

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 7 business days, usually much less. Handmade or custom items may take longer, see product description for details on these items.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Not all products will have tracking information available.

As Aquarius Water Bar Shop works in alliance with multiple creators, artists, warehouses and suppliers, some items ship separately, and you may receive multiple packages.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address ASAP. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Standard free shipping costs are calculated into the price of the items.

If you would like to pay for faster delivery, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE making your purchase, and we can determine the cost and delivery time options available. You can contact info@aquariuswaterbar.com

Be aware that any stated delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, not all items are available to delivery in all countries. Some restrictions apply.

4.1 Customs fees

Packages will go through the same customs clearances as any other shipping method, which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We will contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit, or which have been tracked as delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Aquarius Water Bar Shop will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 7 days of you receiving the item.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed, and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
